On line booking and new telephone system

There have been plenty of changes behind the scenes recently. We have introduced a new telephone system to get you connected quicker to the right person and an on line appointment booking system to allow you to book in to see a vet or nurse.
When you ring in now you will hear Helen giving a short message asking you to choose where you want your call to be directed to.
Press 1 for reception
Press 2 to pay a bill or speak to accounts
Press 3 to book a TB test or order ear tags
or Press 4 for the out of hours emergencies

If you don't want to speak to a person we can still help!  If you get a reminder to book a booster or want to book your poorly pet in for an appointment first thing in the morning, you can do this by clicking the online booking icon on the face page of the website. You need to click to register the first time you use it. After that it is quicker than ringing us! You will also get a confirmation text and the appointment will be automatically show on our diaries.
