Dog at sunset on Dartmoor Veterinary Nurse / Nurse Manager We are seeking an additional full time qualified veterinary nurse to join our team. Our head nurse of 20 years is leaving for pastures new. North Park Veterinary Group is committed to providing an excellent service and top quality care to all of our clients and their animals across the three practices in West Devon. We are proud to have been a local independent business since 1955. We are a small animal and farm animal practice with our equine sister company Equus Vets having a shared office at North Tawton. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Veterinary Nurse Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key leadership role in managing our nursing staff, ensuring high-quality patient care, and fostering a positive work environment. The hours would be 8 hours per day 5 days per week, one Saturday 9-1pm per calender month. You will require to join the on-call rota which averages 5 nights on call per calender month. One weekend on call in 6 weeks is included in the 5-night average on call. Your support to our on-call vets is from home. The remuneration package includes private health care, 4% contribution to your pension, on call mileage and an additional on call payment to your salary, full uniform. The ideal candidate would have experience of leading a team of nurses. Interested?
